Eligibility for Refunds
Owlisdom provides a platform that facilitates the exchange of digital goods and services between the platform and Students. If you, as a Student, find that the digital goods or services received do not meet the agreed-upon requirements, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

- You must submit a refund request within 30 days from the completion date of the service.
- Requests can be made through:
- A dedicated refund request form available in your student account.
- An email sent to support@owlisdom.com with a detailed description of the issue and your order number.

- Upon receiving your request, we will investigate and review the issue within 3-5 business days.
- We will provide solutions tailored to your situation, which may
include:
- Assigning a different expert to fulfill the request at no additional cost.
- Issuing a full refund to your original payment method or to your Owlisdom account balance.

Replacement Service:
If an alternative service provider is agreed upon, we will facilitate this within 24 hours.

Refund to Account Balance:
If a refund to your account balance is processed, funds will be available immediately and can be used for future services on our Platform.

Refund to Original Payment Method:
Refunds back to your credit card or other payment methods typically take 3-5 business days, subject to processing times of your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds for subscription fees are available within 30 days of the latest payment if no subscription benefits or bonuses have been utilized since that payment.
- Processed refunds will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Bonuses and perks included with subscriptions are considered non-refundable and will be forfeited upon the issuance of a refund.
